About the Role:


We are looking for a Data Entry and Administrative Clerk who is responsible for supporting the Invoicing clerk with the Data entry preparation, management of the invoicing process and supporting special projects as needed. This position requires a unique blend of financial acumen and project management skills. Frozen Solid offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to top-tier customer service.


How You?ll Make an Impact:


  • In this role you will be supporting the Invoicing Clerk with preparing, reviewing, and distributing invoices to clients or customers accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company billing policies..

  • Accurately input, verify, update, and maintain data from diverse sources into databases, ensuring thoroughness of information in telematics systems (Transplus) and Excel spreadsheets..

  • Generate reports related to billing and project progress as needed, provide insights and data to support decision making.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of billing records, including product and service descriptions, quantities, pricing, and tax calculations..

  • Rigorously review and cross-check data for consistency, completeness, and accuracy, making necessary corrections and adjustments.


What You?ll Bring to the Table:


Education and Technical Knowledge:


  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in data entry and administration, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years in similar roles (transportation industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer applications and data entry systems, notably TransPlus and MS Office (Excel).

Job Experience and Skills:


With a minimum of 2 years of Data Entry and Administration experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization; familiarity with the trucking or logistics industry can be an asset.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Excel software and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, growing organization.
